Fast and Fit Saturdays

Did you make a resolution to run a half or full marathon this year? Do you have summer race plans? Do you need some extra motivation to get those long runs completed? RRRC is here to help. Come get Fast and Fit on Saturdays with our long run group run. Starting February 13th, meet at the RRRC store for a 3 to 10 mile run, if you want to run longer, hardcore is always welcome! We will leave the store at 7 am so make sure to arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver and, if needed, warm up and stretch. All levels of runners are welcome. BYOB Bring You Own Bottle. We will provide water before and after the run, but if you drink a different type of fuel, like Heed or Nuun, make sure to bring it with you, along with all of your other long run necessities. And like usual, the RRRC staff have spring and summer race plans of their own and have much experience with some of the local races, so any questions, whether you are new to running or wanting to attempt a longer event, we would be happy to answer.
